Fees
Business owners know that the real cost of hiring and keeping a full-time assistant is much higher than the cost of his or her salary.
Since I provide contract services, employers don't pay taxes, insurance or benefits. There's no need for extra office space or equipment. And the employer only pays for ‘time on task.’
Because I want to work with my clients, I work with them on a retainer basis only.
Why Retainer basis only?
Retainers help me to schedule sufficient time for each client each month and still have time for those 'unexpected' things that happen. The retainer rate is great for those clients who are willing to consistently partner with a virtual assistant.
Monthly retainer packages are offered at:
5 - 10 hours per month - $45.00/hour
11 - 20 hours per month - $40.00/hour
21 - 40 hours per month - $35.00/hour
40+ hours per month - $30.00/hour

No office space or equipment requirements from you
You pay for 'time on task', which means you pay for only time that is spent on YOUR work. Great reduction in overhead expense!
No concerns with payroll taxes, insurance, paid vacations, holidays or sick days
No legal issues over dismissing an employee. If you are not satisfied, you simply do not renew your contract.
I work behind the scenes giving you back time to concentrate on building your business while all of your administrative needs are being handled.
If your company relocates, you can still use my service - no need to hire, train or develop new partnerships. Your location does not impact my ability to support you!
